The Popular Show Season Four Reveals the Fighters Group

Ever since the premiere of the fourth campaign, recently appointed game master Brennan Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a colorful mix of characters, and a thrilling plot featuring angels, demons, and sinister influences expanding in power within Dol-Makjar.

Heads-up: Key plot points for the latest installment of this adventure are included.

The Soldiers Table Revealed

The latest chapter ended with a dramatic pause and introduced the first table of adventurers who will branch out from the primary party to begin their separate journey, separate from the other two tables.

The Soldiers table includes the determined fighter (brought to life by the voice actor), the agile character (the talented performer), the fierce warrior (the cast member), Wicander (Sam), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie).

Dividing the Cast

Given 13 cast members, it was evident from the outset that maintaining everyone at a single group would be unfeasible.

This explains, the initial installments of this story serve as an Overture, connecting the personal journeys before branching into three separate parties: Soldiers, Schemers, and Seekers.

Characteristics of the Soldiers Table

Per the Dungeon Master, the combat-focused party is for players who are drawn to a typically action-packed combat and conflict-driven gameplay experience where non-violent answers are rare.

Initially, characters like the hesitant healer the cleric might appear out of place, but the actions of the latest installment show why these particular heroes are best suited for the combat party.

Reasons to Leave

First, the party has a clear idea where to head next after a violent initial meeting with the enemy group.

Casimir of Thjazi—whose passing initiated the narrative’s action—used the enemy for his personal gain, entering the secret base, striking the character, and swiping all the enchanted items to dispose of.

The antagonist then settled his debts and fled to a secure base in the remote area, north of the city, with Cyd Pridesire hot on his heels.

Character Drivers

Moreover, each member has a personal reason to exit Dol-Makjar:

  • Thimble, as the close ally and best friend, desires revenge.
  • The adventurer is familiar with the region and warns that it is a hostile place.
  • Tyranny and The healer, having defied his house’s orders to eliminate the target and instead saved him, have no other options.
  • Yet, their reputation as important members in House Halovar could assist the party enter places they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Additionally, The fighter swore a unbreakable promise to Wicander for his salvation and will now go with him everywhere.

Wanted and Hunted

Finally, all of them are sought by the authorities that govern the setting for a range of causes, making remaining behind too risky:

  • The agile adventurer and The character are notorious outlaws.
  • Tyranny and The healer turned against House Halovar and the horde of evil beings they are aligned with.
  • The fighter is targeted for elimination by House Halovar.

This leaves them little choice but to travel to Timmony in search of Casimir.

What’s Next?

Based on episode three’s follow-up content, we find out that the combat party will be absent next week, leaving the other eight players to form the Explorers and Planners parties.

Audiences can anticipate discovering which characters will be assigned to which table in Campaign 4’s final introductory chapter, released on next week.
